Clean Best is a commercial cleaning company operating in Sydney and across New South Wales. It does not operate interstate and has no national coverage. This site is the part of the business organised by industry: twelve premises types — restaurants, cafes, retail stores, gyms, medical practices, dental practices, childcare centres, schools, warehouses, offices, hotels and strata schemes — each with its own written cleaning scope.
Clean Best publishes no customer ratings, no review counts, no testimonials and no client statistics, because it has no verified corpus of any of them. It publishes no founding year, because the date has not been reconciled with the ABN registration. What we can prove, and what we are careful not to claim
Most cleaning company “about” pages are a list of adjectives and a number that nobody checked. This one is a list of things that can be checked, and a list of things we have deliberately left off.

The ABN is on the footer of every page of this site and it is verifiable against the Australian Business Register in about thirty seconds. That is deliberate. It is the single cheapest proof that a business is real, and it is remarkable how few cleaning companies publish theirs.
Why this site exists at all
Clean Best runs several websites. This one does a specific job: it is the only one organised around who the client is rather than what gets cleaned. Every page here is about a kind of building — a commercial kitchen, a dental surgery, a childcare room, a live warehouse — and about what is genuinely different about cleaning it.
If you want the Sydney-wide view of the business, or a service you cannot find here, the main site is the place to look: it covers the group’s childcare cleaning service and everything else Clean Best does. Same company, same ABN, same insurance, same phone number.
What we have deliberately left off this site
No customer rating and no review count. Clean Best has no verified review corpus. A self-declared star rating on your own website cannot produce a star in Google anyway, and marking up reviews that are not real is a documented trigger for a manual penalty. More to the point, it is a lie.
No testimonials. There are none with the consent of the people who supposedly gave them, and inventing them is misleading conduct under Australian Consumer Law. The slot is simply not there.
No client counts and no job totals.No “we clean 600 sites”. Nobody counted, so nobody gets to say it.
No founding year. This one is worth explaining, because other Clean Best sites carry one. The ABN was registered more recently than the founding year those sites claim, and nobody has reconciled the two. Until somebody does, this site publishes neither — because a founding date in structured data is a claim that an answer engine will repeat as fact, and repeating an unverified one is precisely the sort of small dishonesty that ends up costing more than it was ever worth. A missing date costs nothing at all.
No prices. Not because they are a secret, but because we have not seen your premises. On the kind of work described on this site, floor area is a genuinely poor predictor of effort, and a published rate would be a number we would then have to defend or quietly walk away from.
Where our work stops
This is the part that matters most, and it is the part almost no cleaning company writes down. Clean Best does not:
- handle clinical waste or sharps containers, in any premises, ever;
- touch anything on a dental sterilisation bench, or any instrument, handpiece, tray or autoclave;
- clean ducted kitchen exhaust systems, extraction fans or roof units, or service grease traps;
- clean guest rooms in a hotel — housekeeping is a different trade;
- perform any work requiring height-access equipment, including high-level racking and high signage;
- touch pool plant, or clean inside individual lots in a strata scheme.
Every one of those is either a specialist licensed job or somebody else’s responsibility, and a cleaning company that quotes for them anyway is a company that will eventually do one of them badly. They are named on the quote document, in writing, before you agree to anything — because an exclusion you agreed to is a scope, and an exclusion you discovered later is a dispute.
What we can put paperwork behind
Public liability cover and workers compensation for everyone on the roster, with a certificate of currency emailed on request. A police check for every cleaner. A current Working with Children Check for anyone attending a school, a childcare centre or any premises children use — and we will give you the numbers rather than assure you they exist. Safety data sheets for every product our cleaners carry. A SWMS where a site requires one.
If a claim on this site matters to your decision, ask us for the document behind it. If there is no document, we will tell you there is no document. That is the whole standard, and it is a surprisingly rare one.

How we actually work
Six things that follow from writing a scope around the venue rather than around a template.
The scope is written for your venue, not adapted from an office
Most cleaning contracts are one checklist with the client's name changed. Ours start from what the premises actually is. A dental surgery, a commercial kitchen and a pallet-racked warehouse have almost nothing in common except a floor, and pretending otherwise is how a scope quietly stops matching the building.
We quote at the hour we would be cleaning
A restaurant at 2pm looks nothing like a restaurant at 11:30pm. A childcare room with thirty children in it looks nothing like the same room at 7pm. We come out when the work would actually happen, because that is the only version of the building the price can be based on.
The same cleaner, every single visit
You get one named person, not whoever the agency had spare. They learn the equipment, the access, the room that gets missed and the surface that cannot take bleach. In a specialised venue that knowledge is the job, and it resets to zero every time a new face turns up.
Police-checked, and WWCC wherever children are
Every Clean Best cleaner is police-checked and site-inducted before their first shift. Anyone working in a school, a childcare centre or any premises children use also holds a current Working with Children Check, and we will give you the numbers rather than assure you they exist.
$20m public liability behind every shift
We carry public liability cover and workers compensation for everyone on the roster. The certificates of currency go to your building manager, your strata committee or your procurement team before we start, rather than after somebody has asked twice.
Nothing locks you in, and we say what we cannot do
Change the frequency, add a room, pause over a shutdown, or leave with thirty days notice. And if a job needs a licensed specialist rather than a cleaner — ducted exhaust, height access, clinical waste — we will tell you that instead of quoting for it.

If your premises sits outside the area we can reliably staff with the same cleaner every week, we will tell you on the first call rather than take the job and subcontract it to somebody we have never met and cannot vouch for.
What will Clean Best not do?
